All our activity, from the raw material importation up to the finished products distribution, complies with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Manual and its monitoring procedures, in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 155/97, concerning the methods for checking and verifying these features: good manufacturing practices; sampling and the analysis of samples; the absence of microbiological agents or pesticide residues; relevant chemical and microbiological analysis; physical and chemical tests; stability tests; and all the product handling until the delivery to the consumer.

All the stages of the productive process are accurately monitored and supported with documentary evidence, manufacturing protocols, and sampling of each production batch.
