The procedure adopted by LaoDan to respect the integrity of active principles is to Spray-Dry, an alternative procedure in which the desiccation of the extract is conducted under vacuum at relatively low temperature.
The granulation procedure, applied to manufacture our Single Granules Line, involves suspending the dried extract particles in airflow, and then agglomerating them onto a fluid bed.
Weighing is done before compression. This phase is critical to the successful outcome of the product; this is why we rely upon qualified personnel and state-of-the-art equipment.
