In compliance to the current EC legislation (2002/46/EC) regulating Herbal Dietary and Food Supplements, Lao Dan has forwarded to the Italian Health Ministry (L. Decree 111/1992, Ministerial Circular n. 3-July 18th, 2002 and L. Decree 169/2004); and to the Portuguese Authority ASAE (L. Decree 136/2003), all the notifications about its herbal extract products in order to obtain the relevant registrations.

These notifications were sent with all the available certifications and with complete information about the extraction procedures and production methods conducted in manufacturing plants authorized by the Italian Health Ministry.
