Preparation of Lao Dan Granules

Each gram of Granules should be diluted in about 100 cc of water. It is advisable to dissolve the Granules in hot water and to let it stand until lukewarm or room temperature before drinking.

Note that the Granules can also be put into capsules for consumption.
